The festivities kick off with some culinary delights: At the Kost.Bar in Kirchberg, locals and visitors alike can enjoy regional specialties through early September, before the 44th Knödelfest—featuring the world’s longest dumpling table—takes place on September 19 in St. Johann in Tirol. Those looking for something more exclusive can enjoy Tyrolean cuisine high above the colorful forests at the Gondola Dinner on October 7 and 21. Guests can experience authentic traditions from September 19 to 27, when the decorated cows return to the valley during the traditional cattle drives in the Hohe Salve region and the Brixental Valley.
