Accommodation information

Our holiday flat for 8 people is being newly built for you and is situated in a quiet/sunny location on the Paisslberg in Kirchbichl/Söll. In our family-run farmhouse, at 760 metres above sea level, you have a complete floor (approx. 95m²) just for you and on your own balcony you can enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.

You can reach the Söll and Itter cable cars in approx. 10-15 minutes by car, which provide direct access to our SkiWelt Wider Kaiser - Brixental ski area with 288 kilometres of pistes and 90 lifts. The mountain railways also offer many attractions in summer (e.g. Hexenwasser in Söll) as well as countless hiking opportunities.

A hike to the "Juffinger Jöchl" can be started directly from our house.

Region Hohe Salve

The region Hohe Salve in the Kitzbüheler Alpen hosts one of the largest and most modern ski resorts in the world, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, where skiing holidays in winter are packed with fun and action. In summer, the hiking area in and around Hopfgarten im Brixental extends from the Adlerweg trail on Buchacker mountain via the adventure mountain Hohe Salve to the Torhelm, the highest peak in the Kitzbüheler Alpen. Be it spring, summer, autumn or winter – in the Kitzbüheler Alpen you find boundless possibilities for leisure time activities such as skiing, cross-country skiing, winter rambling, cycling, hiking, swimming, and many others. You can rest assured that your holidays become varied and unforgettable! Guest card Hohe Salve: Use from Wörgl the included mobility service in the entire Kitzbühel Alps with your guest card. Our holiday flat consists of a spacious open-plan kitchen/living room with dining area, sofa area and TV and is fully equipped (dishwasher, cooker, oven, toaster, coffee machine, etc.).

In our 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 bunk bed rooms) up to 8 people can sleep comfortably. There are 2 bathrooms with shower & WC as well as a washing machine and a towel dryer. On the balcony you can enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.

Our flat is a non-smoking flat. Pets are also not allowed. Free WLAN is available throughout the flat. There are parking spaces for 3 cars.

Due to haymaking in summer, the road in front of our house may be closed for a short time - but we will let you know in good time so that you can plan your excursions accordingly.

Our cows spend the summer on the mountain pasture and in autumn you can hear the idyllic sound of bells in the meadow. All year round we only have our 3 calves and our chickens on the farm.

Driving directions:
Take the Wörgl Ost motorway exit and drive in the direction of Brixental-St. Johann. At the Bruckhäusl bypass, continue under the subway on the B178 for approx. 4 km towards Söll. After Gerätebau Zott (yellow building on the left) immediately turn left towards Ried and Paisselberg. Follow the road "Ried" for approx. 1.5 km - then continue on Paisslberg (keep left - there is a dead end sign) for approx. 1.4 km. Continue in the direction of Sölten - keep right and after approx. 450 m you have reached our holiday flat Buchmann.
In wintry conditions, snow chains or a four-wheel drive car are recommended.
