The house is near a large skiing area with a ski-busstop at 50 meters, The railwaystation is at a distance of 300 meters. There is a modern tv. with a lot of international statios. There is free wifi. The house is situated amidst a unique ski-,walking and cycling area. Salzburg and Innsbruck can be reached within an hour.

Winter convinces with over 500 kilometres of slopes in the two ski areas KitzSki and SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. In the summer months, countless hiking and cycling trails lead you to the most beautiful places in the region and make your heart beat faster. In spring, the meadows blossom in the most colourful colours and the quiet days invite you to recharge your batteries.
