Our house is located in a quiet and sunny area, surrounded by the beautiful mountain scenery of the "Wilder Kaiser", "Kitzbüheler Horn" and limestone. It is the ideal starting point for hiking, mountain, cycling, and mountain biking tours.
4 riding stables, 3 tennis courts, and the Kirchdorf Wellness Center with the outdoor pool are located in the municipality of Kirchdorf in Tyrol.
The golf course "Lärchenhof" in Erpfendorf is also just about 4 km away.

The cross-country ski trail is right in front of the house, and the ski areas "Bergbahn St. Johann in Tirol", Waidring "Steinplatte", as well as Kitzbühel, Skiwelt, and Fieberbrunn/Leogang/Saalbach Hinterglemm are just a few minutes’ drive away and invite you to enjoy wonderful valley descents.

Our holiday apartment is located in a quiet and central location just a 5-minute walk from the town center. There you will find grocery stores, bakeries, a bike rental, and a bus stop.

An e-charging station for cars and a bike and ski storage room are located in the building.
