Family Days in the Region Hohe Salve

A mountain adventure for the whole family with exciting highlights in the Kitzbüheler Alpen, Tirol

From 9 to 11 October 2026, everything in the Hohe Salve Region is all about family! Look forward to three exciting days filled with special experiences, great activities and plenty of entertainment for the whole family. The celebrations kick off on 9 October with the Family Bonus Days, featuring attractive offers and special prices. On 10 October, the children’s concert with Rodscha und Tom promises lots of fun and a great atmosphere. The grand finale on 11 October is the Family Day on Hohe Salve and Kleine Salve, where a colourful programme of games, culinary highlights and exciting activities awaits young and old mountain adventurers.

On Saturday, 10 October 2026, Rodscha & Tom will provide plenty of fun and entertainment for the whole family from 3:00 pm at the Dreikleehalle Angerberg.

✓ Public bus at 1:48 pm (bus 4068) from Wörgl main station
✓ Return: Departure at 5:30 pm from Dreikleehalle Angerberg along the same route in reverse.

Breathe in the fresh mountain air together and make children’s hearts beat faster. Family Day in the Hohe Salve Region in the Kitzbühel Alps offers an unforgettable mountain experience for young and old. Join us and let yourself be enchanted by magicians or accompany the cute alpacas on a short hike. Playing is known to make you quite hungry, too. The mountain hut hosts on Hohe Salve and Kleine Salve will be happy to treat you to Tyrolean specialities and delicious dishes for children. The Family Day stamp pass provides a surprise to take home. With just one stamp, children can pick up a small souvenir at the end of the exciting day at the valley stations in Hopfgarten and Itter.

How to get to the event

Accessible by public transport

The Family Days on the Hohe and Kleine Salve can of course be reached by bus or train.To Itter to the valley station you can comfortably use the bus and to Hopfgarten even bus or train. The stops are (almost) directly at the two valley stations Hopfgarten and Itter.

An additional extra: You can use the bus and train connections in the region free of charge with the guest card.
