For a short vacation or longer stay in a quiet location with a magnificent view of the "Wilder Kaiser," the spacious country house, which is open year-round, offers approximately 160 m² of living space. 3 bedrooms (2 doubles + 1 three-bed convertible) 2.5 bathrooms. Enclosed private garden with a covered terrace and barbecue facilities. The house is located about 6 km from Ellmau, not far from the famous Stanglwirt and the entrance to the Ski Welt area and the renowned Kitzbühel, about 13 km away. With the Superski card, up to 2700 km of slopes. In St. Johann, with its charming town center, you will find the Huber brewery, guesthouses, restaurants, and shops.
