The location is ideal for those who appreciate nature, peace, and simultaneously short distances: Cycling and hiking trails start right outside the front door.
In winter, you will find nearby cross-country skiing trails, winter hiking paths, and the Kirchdorf "Yappi's Winterland," a small family-friendly ski area, just across the street.
Other ski areas such as St. Johann, Steinplatte in Waidring, Ellmau, Kitzbühel, and Fieberbrunn are just a few minutes' drive away.
You only need a few steps to reach the ski, hiking bus, and public bus stop.
Daily needs are also well catered for – a local supplier is nearby and easily accessible. We also offer you a small selection for initial necessities upon arrival or after store closing, a refrigerator with a trust fund at ;).
