Our house is situated in a sunny, quiet, central location

Directly in the village centre, on a slight slope, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. Grocery shops, bakery, butcher, as well as, restaurants and bars, pizzeria and the ski bus stop are all within walking distance. The Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental gondola station is just 400 m away.

Winter convinces with over 500 kilometres of slopes in the two ski areas KitzSki and SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. In the summer months, countless hiking and cycling trails lead you to the most beautiful places in the region and make your heart beat faster. In spring, the meadows blossom in the most colourful colours and the quiet days invite you to recharge your batteries. Perfect conditions for all kinds of activities can be experienced in the golden autumn - lots of sun, pleasant temperatures and colourful forests make the whole Brixen valley glow.
