Our cozy holiday home for 4-5 persons is in a sunny and quiet location in the upper "Oberlauterbach" district.

Here you have plenty of space for your family and friends. There are also enough of free parking spaces right in front of the house.

Your holiday home is 1.5 km from the valley stations of the gondola lifts. (about 3 minutes by car) From there you can easily get to the "Wilder Kaiser Brixental ski area" or to "Westendorf" and continue to the "KitzSki" areas.

Also in summer it's the perfect place to start a hiking - or a biking tour.

The three villages of Brixen im Thale, Kirchberg and Westendorf are worth a visit at any time of year. Winter convinces with over 500 kilometres of slopes in the two ski areas KitzSki and SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. In the summer months, countless hiking and cycling trails lead you to the most beautiful places in the region and make your heart beat faster. In spring, the meadows blossom in the most colourful colours and the quiet days invite you to recharge your batteries. Perfect conditions for all kinds of activities can be experienced in the golden autumn - lots of sun, pleasant temperatures and colourful forests make the whole Brixen valley glow.
