Yin & Yang Yoga
Gentle yoga and guided meditation with a long relaxation period supported by essential oils for total relaxation. You will activate your body through a short flow and end the class with gentle Yin Yoga elements stretching your body for a long time.This session is about stress reduction and letting go in order to achieve total relaxation.
