Learn how to make butter, curd cheese, grey cheese and other dairy products and cook a traditional meal together with farmer Stefan. Learn everything about alpine pasture and agriculture and annual festivals such as „Almauf- and Abtrieb“, which has been a wonderful event in the region for many years.
