Winter hike Nieding - Hochbrixen

We start our hike directly at the valley station of the Gondelbahn Hochbrixen. From there, a cleared winter hiking trail leads us directly behind the gondola lift up the mountain until we reach the mountain road towards Nieding - Hochbrixen. Following the road uphill, we pass the beautiful Berggasthof Nieding, which invites us for a break halfway up.
Continuing uphill, we arrive on foot directly in the Skiwelt Hochbrixen, perfect for meeting up with friends who are out on the slopes. For the way back to the valley, we can take the same route as the ascent, or we can take the opportunity to float weightlessly back down to the valley with the gondola lift, enjoying the magnificent view over the entire Brixental.
