Mindful Hike with Yoga & Meditation Impulses - Mountain Summer Opening

Being on the way with the two Tyrolean mountain guides Sonja and Elisabeth from Balance am Berg means being on the way in the here and now and arriving at yourself step by step.

We start in the group early in the morning with a few gentle yoga exercises and impulses. Mindfully guided and in harmony with ourselves and nature, a short climb leads us to a simple breakfast on the mountain.  Then we hike on to one of THE power spots in the Kitzbühel Alps.  We enjoy the distance to everyday life in the valley, store beautiful images in ourselves and return with a rucksack of new impressions and impulses.  

In addition to being a hiking guide, Sonja is also a qualified yoga teacher and Elisabeth is a resilience trainer and meditation teacher.

Hiking guides may change the tour program at their discretion due to adverse weather conditions and/or participants’ experience levels.
Hikers who show up with inappropriate gear will not be allowed to join the tour!

All guided hikes are free of charge with St. Johann Card (without guest card € 10). Discounts with guest card from the regions St. Johann in Tirol, PillerseeTal, Brixental and Hohe Salve. Any cost for mountain lifts must be paid by the participants themselves. Dogs are not allowed!

Equipment: sturdy hiking boots (no trainers), appropriate clothing, water, snacks, rainwear, sun screen/sun protection, backpack, hiking poles (hiking poles can be rented at the tourist office)

The hike takes place already from two persons. Please arrive a few minutes earlier and show your guest card.
