Hüttschader organic vegetables

The farmer Anton Baldauf from Kirchdorf grows the finest organic vegetables and has specialized in the preservation of old rare varieties after studying agricultural sciences. His goal is to sustainably manage his farm as a closed cycle, where humans, animals, plants, soil, and water form a unity.

From about early April to early August, young plants are sold directly from the farm on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

At the St. Johann weekly market on Fridays, you can find organic vegetables and young plants from Hüttschader from about early April to mid-November.
