The Wildseeloder

A legendary mountain lake, a dreamlike summit and a boat trip at 1,845 metres above sea level

A hike up to the Wildseeloder (2,118m), the Fieberbrunn local mountain, should be on the to-do lists of every holiday guest. The mountain lake located right next to the Wildseeloderhaus entices you in on hot summer days for a boat trip or a place for hard-working hikers to cool off. The hike from the Lärchfilzkogel up to the Wildseeloderhaus is also easy for families with children to complete. Active hikers can tackle the summit in around 45 minutes - you will be rewarded at the top with a dreamlike view of the surrounding mountain landscape with the Wilder Kaiser, the Loferer and Leoganger Steinberge, the Kitzbüheler Horn, and all the way to the snow-covered mountains of the Venediger Group.

Three peaks with one stone

From the Wildseeloder via the Seenieder to the Henne and via the Marokka back again.

Those who found the hike up to the Wildseeloderhaus or the Wildseeloder summit too easy, can hike to two further peaks: From the peak of the Wildseeloder (2,118 m) you go up to the Henne (2.077 m) via the Seenieder. This is also the end point of the via ferrata "Himmel & Henne", which can be climbed in 3 different difficulty levels. From the summit of the Henne, you hike a little way back along the same trail, before branching off to the right to the third summit Marokka (1.002 m). The short stretch takes around 15 minutes and it secured with a wire rope on the last few metres. On the summit of the Marokka you can even encounter a few climbers, as the via ferrata of the same name finishes directly below the summit cross. The trail returns via the same route's then back again to the Wildseeloderhaus.
