Did you know that “de Wiag” is something very special? Located in the “cradle” between limestone and slate rock, it has been a place to gather energies and indulge in homemade delicacies for almost 100 years. The Wiegalm in Brixen surprises: traditionally from the outside, then culinary and experimental on the inside. Even with the aperitif, the variety is evident: from five Prosecco varieties to the regional Huber wheat beer. On weekends, the roast pork is a must, and there are regularly different types of Gröstl – Tyrolean, blood sausage, or even vegan. This variety, combined with a sunny terrace and a rustic ambiance, makes the Wiegalm a special stop for connoisseurs who appreciate the unexpected.
