The snowshoe tour starts at the parking lot Fischbachalm. Past the Bergwacht memorial chapel, the trail initially leads along the Kaiserbach stream and then through a wintry coniferous forest. At the height of the Latschenölbrennerei you cross the road and snow-covered pastures. The tour ends at the Fischbachalm.

Follow the national road B176 in the direction of Kössen as far as Griesenau. Turn left here into the Kaiserbachtal valley. The Kaiserbachtal toll road can also be used in winter and takes you directly to the Fischbachalm.
Alternatively, you can park at the Kaiserbachtal parking lot in front of the toll booth. The walk to the Fischbachalm then takes approx. 50 minutes.
