Hermitage

This hike starts at the parking lot of the shooting range in Bärnstetten. Walk
through the meadow to a sharp turn in the road. Follow the sign to Einsiedelei
(hermitage). At the end of the meadow are some benches where you can relax
and enjoy the great panorama views of St. Johann in Tirol and Kitzbüheler
Horn. Follow the Stations of the Cross trail to the Weeping Mary Hermitage,
which has been inhabited by hermits for 300 years. To fully enjoy the peace and
quiet of the surroundings, we recommend you put your cell phone on silent.
