OD Trails

The Bikepark in Oberndorf in Tirol!

OD Trails Logo
Small bikers, bike-rookies, but also cycling pros will find plenty of fun and action on the new OD Trails (ObernDorf Trails)! The OD Trails in the St. Johann in Tirol region offer ideal conditions for bikers who want to improve their skills gradually. The centre of the new Trail Arena is the Jump Park. It is part of the Green Line, the easiest route. With a distance of 900 metres and 8.9% downhill gradient, the line is ideal for getting a good feel for your bike. The kids ride their first perfect curves and find the centre on their bike on bumps and rollers. With a series of small successes, the joy of cycling is sustained. Those who feel confident on the Green Line can raise their game and tackle the blue, red and all the way to the black trail.

The area for Biike-Fans – the Black Uphill Trail
While on the Blue Line you can already practice steeper sections, and the Red Line features bigger chance and tight curves, the Black Uphill Trail requires plenty of bike-experience. Here you need to negotiate switchbacks, large rocks, steps and obstacles of wood. Cross-country bikers and e-bikers can also test their limits here.

First T-bar lift for bikers: You can let the first bike T-bar lift in Tirol pull you uphill.

Overview of the OD Trails

Technical description of the mountain bike courses!

Green Line - approx. 900 m length- 8 % downhill gradient
For beginners, adults and children, but also for the advanced and as access to the Jump Lines. Wave tracks and banked curves with small tables for those first small jumps. First experiences on the trails are gained, and the cornering technique can be consolidated. Sustainably built with little future maintenance requirement. Anti-skid, dry external material as a base with plenty of drainage points and water outflows. No large rocks, few roots, no trees, absolutely secured.

Blue Line - approx. 1,200 m - 8.5% downhill gradient
For talented beginners and the advanced. More jumps (also roll-over) Tighter curve radii, higher speeds, easy Rock Gardens and root mats as well as steeper sections.

Red Line - approx. 750 m - 8 % downhill gradient
More difficult trail routing with black sections that can be bypassed. Bigger jumps, technical Rock Gardens, drops and tight bends. Here, experts will feel right at home, not suitable for beginners.!

Black Uphill Trail - approx. 700 m - 11.4% incline
A technical uphill trail for experienced e- bikers and fit Bio Bikers. With this we do justice to the strong trend among electrically assisted bikers for technical uphill riding and also offer competitive athletes a further line for training camps. Switchbacks, large rocks, steps and obstacles of wood must be negotiated.

Jump Park
Total trail length approx. 400 m: 3 Lines - blue, red, black: A wood-drop as entry point into three different altitudes, a table to finish. The 3 difficulty levels are gradually increased from blue to black.

Skill Park
Total trail length approx. 200 m: A switchback trail with 6 difficult U-curves and a steep downhill run to practice your braking technique.
