Tour information

The starting point for this hike is the car park of the former Hofstattbahn. There you cross the bridge and follow the pink signs "Dorfrunde Kelchsau" along the Kelchsauer Ache. Pass the Migglwieshof farm and walk into the valley to Innerkelchsau. There you cross the Steinerbrücke bridge and follow the signs back to the starting point.

Getting there Coming from Innsbruck/Munich: A12 exit Wörgl Ost - feeder road B178 towards St. Johann i. T. & Kitzbühel - after the tunnel exit towards Hopfgarten - at the roundabout take the B170 towards Hopfgarten - turn right under the subway and cross the bridge towards Kelchsau - continue into the valley on L205 Kelchsauer Straße for approx. 7 km.
Coming from Kitzbühel: B170 Brixentalstraße towards Wörgl - in Hopfgarten before the second railway subway turn left over bridge towards Kelchsau - continue into the valley on L205 Kelchsauer Straße for approx. 7 km.
Public transport bus: Hofstattbahn, Kelchsau

Guest card of the region = train ticket from Wörgl to Hochfilzen + bus ticket from Mariastein to Kitzbühel included
valid onÖBB local trains (S, REX) and InterRegio trains (IR) between Kirchbichl - Wörgl
and Hochfilzen.
Not valid on RJ, RJX, EC, IC, ICE, D and NJ/EN trains.
