Lake Filzalmsee (1300 m) in Hochbrixen is a popular excursion destination for families due to its picturesque alpine setting and rare flora and fauna that hikers of all ages can explore along the panoramic trails. Next to the lake is a children's pond with peep boxes and nature discovery stations that unlock the secrets of the underwater world. There is also a giant sand pit with lots of great surprises for our youngest hikers.
