Ski holiday at the slopes
The vacation apartment, newly furnished in 2023, is located directly on the valley descent in Brixen im Thale.
Ideal for everyone who wants to leave the car parked, as the valley station can be reached in just a few minutes on skis or on foot, serving as a starting point into the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser–Brixental and the surrounding villages.
On the sunny side
The 55 m² 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor of our newly built private house. Its location on the sunny side of Brixen im Thale offers a wonderful view of the village and the Brixen mountain world! This can be best enjoyed on the 29 m² sun terrace!
Best amenities
The apartment is excellently equipped to ensure that familiar comfort is guaranteed even on vacation. It consists of an entrance hall with a wardrobe, a living kitchen with a comfortable seating area and a practically equipped kitchen block, as well as two bedrooms, each with a solid double bed. The terrace is accessible from the living kitchen and one of the two bedrooms. You also have two parking spaces, a ski room, and a drying room* for ski clothing available.

For bookings of 7 nights or more in winter and 10 nights or more in summer, we will treat you to a small welcome breakfast, which will already be waiting for you in the apartment upon arrival. Additionally, we invite you to our bread roll service for the first 3 days, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
