But before we get to the frying pan, our adventure begins in the valley: On an idyllic hike, we make our way to the beautifully situated Seminaralm Hochbrixen. Together, we will prepare the sweet sin there, share the secret of the fluffiest taste, and enjoy this delight together.

Registration: by Wednesday, 5:00 p.m. at the information offices or online

Meeting point: Thursday, 8:00 a.m. at the information office in Brixen im Thale, 9:45 a.m. Start of the workshop at the Seminaralm at Filzalmsee Hochbrixen

Cost: € 25.00 per person

Payment: CASH payment in advance, directly at the tourism office in Brixen im Thale - please show the booking confirmation before the start of the workshop (also when purchasing lift tickets at the mountain railway counter)

Duration: Hiking approx. 2 hours / Workshop approx. 1 hour / Return hike approx. 1.5 hours
