On January 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM, a lecture will be held at the Hotel Schermer in Westendorf on the topic "Silent Chronic Inflammations" and what they have to do with our nutrition.
Entry is free. The lecture will take place on the 3rd floor in the "Choralpe" room.

You will learn background knowledge,
connections to widespread
diseases, and also possibilities for what
each individual can do about it.
After the lecture, there will be an opportunity to take a test to determine the condition of the cells and the degree of silent inflammation.
