Alm Festival at Hotel Elisabeth
The Alm Festival at Hotel Elisabeth in Kirchberg focuses on the traditional Almabtrieb. The festively decorated animals from the Scherrhof pastures make their return from the alpine meadows at Kasplatzl to the valley to Scherrhof, forming the central experience of the event day.
Guests can expect a varied program at the event grounds featuring regional cuisine, including chicken, beer, and cake, as well as a small farmers' market with local products and handicrafts. The musical atmosphere is provided by live music from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
A special highlight is the arrival of the livestock around 12:00 PM. The program is complemented by the Maypole auction by the young farmers from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
The festival starts at 11:00 AM and ends around 6:00 PM.
