The People's Theatre Brixen im Thale cordially invites you to the new theater production "Upward-Downward" starting from July 12, 2026. The tragicomedy in three acts promises a varied evening with humorous scenes, emotional moments, and plenty of entertainment for young and old.
The premiere will take place on Sunday, July 12, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
Further performances will follow until July 30, 2026 every
Tuesday and Thursday at 8:00 p.m.
Sunday at 6:00 p.m.
Venue is the auditorium of the elementary school Brixen im Thale.
Recommended for ages 12 and up

The play
A youth group from the Alpine Club sets off on a hike with overnight stay together with their supervisors - filled with anticipation, uncertainty, and very different expectations. The way up and life in the hut bring tensions, misunderstandings, and closeness, but also humor, honesty, and unexpected conversations. A dramatic turn occurs at night!
