Welcome to Seifensieder, in the middle of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental.
Our 300-year old Tyrolean wooden house has lots of atmosphere and character, as well as today’s comforts. All apartments will be completely refurnished and renovated for the 2023/24 winter season. On the photos you can still see the old furnishings, they will be exchanged as soon as the apartments are fully furnished.

In Winter you are located very close to the gondola stations which transport you directly to the ski areas. However, also in Summer the gondolas take you to the higher hiking routes in the Brixental valley!
The little resort of Brixen im Thale has everything you need for a Summer or Winter holiday! Ski school, sports shops, restaurants and supermarkets are all easily accessible on foot!

Enjoy the pleasure of our Wellness Oasis with sauna, rest room and plunge pool at an additional cost!

Region Brixental

The three villages of Brixen im Thale, Kirchberg and Westendorf are worth a visit at any time of year. Winter convinces with over 500 kilometres of slopes in the two ski areas KitzSki and SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. In the summer months, countless hiking and cycling trails lead you to the most beautiful places in the region and make your heart beat faster. In spring, the meadows blossom in the most colourful colours and the quiet days invite you to recharge your batteries. Perfect conditions for all kinds of activities can be experienced in the golden autumn - lots of sun, pleasant temperatures and colourful forests make the whole Brixen valley glow. Decide for yourself which season is the most beautiful for you in the Brixental! Tip: With the guest card you can travel free of charge by bus and train and discover the most beautiful places in the Kitzbühel Alps.
