In our 75 m² apartment, there is space for up to 6 people - 2 bedrooms with high-quality beds and a very comfortable pull-out couch in the living area, 1 bathroom with shower & WC, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen with stove, dining area for 6-8 people, 1 flat-screen TV, WiFi, living room ventilation, and a south-facing terrace. Additionally, covered carport spaces are available, along with a private storage room on the ground floor for skis, bikes, strollers, etc.

The apartment is located on the sunny slope of Brixen and is very central – 3 minutes walking to the gondola and 6 minutes walking to the village center.

The three villages of Brixen im Thale, Kirchberg and Westendorf are worth a visit at any time of year. Winter convinces with over 500 kilometres of slopes in the two ski areas KitzSki and SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. In the summer months, countless hiking and cycling trails lead you to the most beautiful places in the region and make your heart beat faster. In spring, the meadows blossom in the most colourful colours and the quiet days invite you to recharge your batteries. Wir sind Laura und René – zwei Menschen, die das Leben in Bewegung lieben. Aufgewachsen zwischen den Bergen Tirols und den weiten Landschaften Hollands, haben wir uns – ganz klassisch – beim Skifahren kennengelernt. Aus einer gemeinsamen Leidenschaft für Sport, gutes Essen und das Reisen wurde schnell ein gemeinsamer Lebensweg.

Wann immer es unsere Zeit erlaubt, sind wir draußen unterwegs – auf Skiern, mit dem Rad oder einfach in der Natur. Wir lieben es, für Freunden zu kochen, neue Orte zu entdecken und das Leben in vollen Zügen zu genießen.

2025 hatten wir die besondere Chance, unser eigenes Haus zu bauen – und damit einen Ort zu schaffen, der unsere Werte widerspiegelt: Natürlichkeit, Wärme und Authentizität. Von Anfang an war klar, dass wir so viele natürliche und nachhaltige Materialien wie möglich verwenden möchten – Holz, Stein und viel Licht prägen nun das Ambiente unseres Hauses.

Unser größter Wunsch?

Dass sich auch unsere Gäste bei uns so wohlfühlen, wie wir es tun – umsorgt, entspannt und ganz nah an der Natur.
