The RENThier apartments are located in a quiet, alpine area in the district of Oberwindau. This is a good and sought-after residential area in Westendorf in the Brixental amidst the Kitzbühel Alps.

Access to both apartments is from the southwest (ground floor at street level and first floor via a staircase). The building is south-facing and features large sun terraces.

The apartments are an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling, and winter sports activities.

The apartments offer ski-in access with sufficient snow conditions. The Choralmbahn gondola station is only 350 m away on foot. This provides direct access to the activities of the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. The accommodation is approximately 1.9 km south of the town center of Westendorf, which has shops, banks, doctors, etc.

The three villages of Brixen im Thale, Kirchberg and Westendorf are worth a visit at any time of year. Winter convinces with over 500 kilometres of slopes in the two ski areas KitzSki and SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental.
