Our house is located in a traffic-calmed area at the end of a side street, just about 200 m from the town center - a relaxed 2-minute walk to restaurants, cafés, and shopping opportunities.
In winter, you can reach the practice lift, which is directly connected to the Alpenrosenbahn, on foot! This way, you can quickly and easily access the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental with connections to the Kitzbühel/Kirchberg ski area. The ski bus stop is only 100 m away.
The cross-country ski trail and winter hiking paths are right at the house.
In summer, we are an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, walks, and much more. The outdoor pool Westendorf is just a few minutes' walk away, and the Kitzbüheler Alpen Westendorf golf course is also quickly accessible.
All our newly renovated apartments are accessible by elevator and feature a fully equipped kitchen, shower with toilet, a TV, some of them with infrared cabin and free views of the Kitzbühel Alps mountain world.
For our guests, we also offer the possibility of laundry washing.
