In a quiet panoramic position, on the sunny side of Brixen, in the immediate vicinity of the slopes and the lift is our beautiful apartment, in a completed in December 2019 residential complex with 8 parties.

Brixen is embedded in gentle grass mountains, in the middle of Brixental, only about 10 minutes by car from Kitzbühel. The connection between the largest connected ski area - the SkiWelt Wilder-Kaiser-Brixental and the Kirchberg-Kitzbühel ski area was created in Brixen. In summer Brixen offers a leisure facility with swimming pool, swimming lake, volleyball court, Kneipp facility, tennis courts, as well as an idyllic fishing pond.

Especially popular is the Filzalmsee on Hochbrixen.

Region Brixental

The three villages of Brixen im Thale, Kirchberg and Westendorf are worth a visit at any time of year. Winter convinces with over 500 kilometres of slopes in the two ski areas KitzSki and SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. In the summer months, countless hiking and cycling trails lead you to the most beautiful places in the region and make your heart beat faster. In spring, the meadows blossom in the most colourful colours and the quiet days invite you to recharge your batteries. Perfect conditions for all kinds of activities can be experienced in the golden autumn - lots of sun, pleasant temperatures and colourful forests make the whole Brixen valley glow. Decide for yourself which season is the most beautiful for you in the Brixental! Tip: With the guest card you can travel free of charge by bus and train and discover the most beautiful places in the Kitzbühel Alps.

Ein herzlich warmes Willkommen! Wir sind Diana, Sven und Tilda Niesner, eine Familie mit Herz zur Bergwelt. Ende 2019 haben wir unseren Wunsch nach einer eigenen Ferienwohnung in der Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixenthal / Kirchberg-Kitzbühel erfüllt.

Unser Appartement haben wir so gestaltet, dass es an nichts fehlen soll und man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Bei der Ausstattung habe wir sehr auf Regionalität und Qualität geachtet. Wir haben bspw. sämtliche Holzarbeiten von einem regionalen Tischler anfertigen lassen, der u.a. Eiche und sonnenverbranntes Altholz verwendet hat. Zudem haben wir bpsw. das Bad mit einer begehbaren Regendusche ausgestattet, Bett und Schlafsofa mit hochwertigen Matratzen, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer mit Flachbildschirm-TV. Es steht ein TG- und Außenstellplatz zur Verfügung sowie Skischuhtrockner und Skiaufbewahrungsmöglichkeit in einen separatem Raum.
