Our history reaches back as far as to the ancient romans! Well, maybe not that far.
In the year 1907 we started cutting wood with the help of hydropower and a couple of years later in 1954 we rented out our first double rooms.
Up until today a lot has happened: double rooms led to a youth hostel and then back to bed and breakfast.
In the late 1980’s we decided to renovate and redesign the entire house to make room for apartments. For more than 30 years now we have been expanding our house annually – to make our guests’ stay even more enjoyable.

We run our family business with a lot of love and passion.
Our goal is to make every visitor to feel like home.

Region Brixental

The three villages of Brixen im Thale, Kirchberg and Westendorf are worth a visit at any time of year. Winter convinces with over 500 kilometres of slopes in the two ski areas KitzSki and SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. In the summer months, countless hiking and cycling trails lead you to the most beautiful places in the region and make your heart beat faster. In spring, the meadows blossom in the most colourful colours and the quiet days invite you to recharge your batteries. Perfect conditions for all kinds of activities can be experienced in the golden autumn - lots of sun, pleasant temperatures and colourful forests make the whole Brixen valley glow. Decide for yourself which season is the most beautiful for you in the Brixental! Tip: With the guest card you can travel free of charge by bus and train and discover the most beautiful places in the Kitzbühel Alps.

Unsere Geschichte reicht zurück bis hin zu den alten Römern, naja vielleicht nicht so lange. Aber ziemlich lang, 1907 haben wir angefangen mit Hilfe der Wasserkraft Holz zu schneiden, bereits ein paar Jahre später 1954 habe wir mit ein paar Doppelzimmer angefangen zu vermieten.

In der Zwischenzeit bis heute ist viel passiert, von den Doppelzimmer führte das ein oder andere zu einer Jugendherberge und später dann wieder zu einer Vollpension mit Zimmern.

Ende der 1990 Jahre entschlossen uns dann nochmals alles umzubauen und Ferienwohnungen zu gestalten. Seit mehr als 25 Jahren bauen und renovieren wir jährlich unser Haus um auf dem neuesten Stand zu bleiben und dem Gast immer mehr bitten zu können. Wir führen das Haus mit sehr viel Herzblut und Liebe zum Detail - man könnte fast sagen es ist unsere Passion.
