Accommodation information

We are a small family business

Central location:
3 min. walk from the heart of Kirchberg and 5 km from Kitzbühel.
12 min. walk to Kirchberg train station.
Large, free parking lot with electric charging station available for our house guests.
All rooms and apartments have shower/WC, balcony, and cable TV.
A rich breakfast buffet is available on request for guests in the apartments.
Wi-Fi in the house (we do not guarantee).
Guest room

Winter: Ski room with ski boot dryer. In just a few minutes you can reach the cross-country ski trail, bus stops, and the toboggan run is also easily accessible on foot.

Summer: a few minutes' walk from the bathing lake, playground, tennis facilities, and mini-golf course. Play badminton or simply enjoy the day around the house. A lockable room is available for mountain bikers. Information for bike and mountain bike tours, as well as hikes, is available.

Petrol station on the right, a few metres further on tobacconist shop (Tabak) on the left - Gästehaus Roland is directly opposite this shop - large car park, large lawn in front of house. See map!
