Accommodation information

Our holiday home/145sqm has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + sauna, 2 separate toilets and a large living-dining room plus a winter garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, in the basement there is a washing machine + dryer, ski boot dryer and a large winter wardrobe. There is a lockable ski room next to the carport, Wallbox. No parties.

We can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, 3 double beds+2 single beds. The location is very quiet with its own terrace and garden.
Distance: summer swimmingpool/200m, golf course/500m, Alpenrosen-gondola/800m, ski bus/300m, village center/900m,, cross-country ski trail/300m, when the snow is good you can ski across the fields almost to the house

Region Brixental

The three villages of Brixen im Thale, Kirchberg and Westendorf are worth a visit at any time of year. Winter convinces with over 500 kilometres of slopes in the two ski areas KitzSki and SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. In the summer months, countless hiking and cycling trails lead you to the most beautiful places in the region and make your heart beat faster. In spring, the meadows blossom in the most colourful colours and the quiet days invite you to recharge your batteries. Perfect conditions for all kinds of activities can be experienced in the golden autumn - lots of sun, pleasant temperatures and colourful forests make the whole Brixen valley glow. in winter-peaksaison you have to book 7 nights, checkin only saturday. You have to pay a deposit of €500, either in cash or via Paypal, which will be returned to you on the day of departure.

Coming from the center village go west to Holzham, then turn right to the public outdoor swimming pool - before the pool area turn to the left - after 150m again left over a small bridge - second house on the left side; Ried 39, checkin from 4pm
