The Sonnwies Chalet
The chalet was completely renovated in alpine style in 2025/26 and is situated in a desirable, sunny location on the way to Aschau.
The chalet is a detached house on a hillside and extends over two floors. Each level features a high-quality equipped apartment, both with separate outdoor access. Generous window fronts allow plenty of daylight to enter and offer a wide view of the mountain world of the Kitzbühel Alps. Both apartments also have a south-facing terrace.
The Apartments
The exclusive apartments combine traditional alpine charm with modern, high-quality amenities, Wi-Fi, sound system, and full HD TV.
Top 1 offers 125 m² of living space, distributed over three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with a corner bench, a living room with a tiled stove, and a separate guest toilet, accommodating six people.
Top 2 is designed for four people with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living-dining area with an open kitchen on 70 m². A 1.4 m wide sofa bed in the living room provides space for two additional persons.
Amenities include a ski room with a ski boot warmer, two parking spaces per apartment (one in the carport), and an electric charging station. Guests will also find bathrobes and a basic setup for starting their vacation.
Location
The Sonnwies Chalet is located on the outskirts of Kirchberg on the way to Spertental. The town center can be reached in just a few minutes by car or about a 25-minute walk along the Ache.
Hiking and biking trails start right in front of the house, and golf courses and swimming lakes are nearby.
In winter, the entrance to the SkiKitz Kitzbühel ski area can be easily reached within minutes via the Maierl or Pengelstein lift using the ski bus that departs directly from the house. With good snow conditions, ski-out is possible via the unprepared run "Obwiesn." The SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental is also accessible within a few minutes via the Ki-West lift.
