The Sonnwies Chalet
The chalet was fully renovated in 2025/26 in alpine style and is located in a desirable, sunny position on the way to Aschau. The outdoor area will be completed by April 2026.
The chalet is a detached house with two floors. Each floor features a high-quality apartment, both with a south-facing terrace furnished with lounge furniture, dining table, garden, and private entrance. Generous window areas create bright rooms and offer a wide view of the mountain world of the Kitzbühel Alps.
The Apartments
The exclusive apartments combine traditional alpine charm with modern, high-quality furnishings, including a Nespresso machine, WMF and Laguiole cooking utensils, Villeroy & Boch crockery, Wi-Fi, music system with Spotify access, as well as Full HD TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime access.
On the upper floor is Top 1 with 125 m² of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with corner bench, living room with tiled stove, and a separate guest toilet.
On the ground floor is Top 2 with 70 m², two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living-dining area with an open kitchen.
Included in the amenities are a ski room for twelve pairs of skis, a ski boot warmer, and two parking spaces per apartment, one of which is in a carport.
Location
The Sonnwies Chalet is located peacefully in the Spertental in Kirchberg. The town center can be reached in just a few minutes by car or about a 25-minute walk along the Ache.
Hiking and biking trails start right in front of the house, and golf courses and swimming lakes are nearby.
In winter, access to the SkiKitz Kitzbühel ski area can be conveniently reached via the Maierl or Pengelstein lifts in just a few minutes with the ski bus that departs directly from the house. In good snow conditions, ski-out is possible via the unprepared slope "Oberwiesn." The SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental can also be reached in just a few minutes via the Ki-West lift.
