I am Britta, your host, and I am already looking forward to accompanying you during your holiday in the Kitzbühel Alps. Casa45 is located in the quiet district of Ried/Holzham, just 20 minutes away from Kitzbühel. Here you can relax and unwind, far from the hustle and bustle of après-ski, yet in perfect proximity to the most beautiful recreational opportunities.
Imagine: Just a few steps separate you from the freshly renovated outdoor swimming pool, the 18-hole golf course, and the Alpenrosenbahn, which takes you directly to the ski area "SkiWelt Brixental – Wilder Kaiser."
For all nature lovers, the cross-country ski trails, cycling, and hiking paths start right outside the door – perfect for an active day in nature. The village center with shopping options is only about a 10-minute walk away, in case you want to pick up the last detail for your stay.
The apartment has its own parking space right in front of the door, and your ski, golf, or bicycle equipment can be securely stored in a separate room – or conveniently left at the Alpenrosenbahn. The apartment features a fully equipped (living) kitchen with a dining table and seating area / sofa bed.
Please understand that party guests are not welcome, as your relaxation is very important to me.
If you would like to book "Your Home Away From Home" for the entire winter, summer, or autumn season (longer than 7-14 days, but a maximum of 90 days), please feel free to inquire separately via email or phone.
