I am Britta, your host, and I am already looking forward to accompanying you on your vacation in the Kitzbühel Alps. Casa45 is located in the quiet district of Ried/Holzham, just 20 minutes from Kitzbühel. Here you can unwind, away from the hustle and bustle of après ski, yet still in perfect proximity to the most beautiful recreational opportunities.
Imagine this: Only a few steps separate you from the newly renovated outdoor swimming pool, the 18-hole Leading Golf Course Westendorf, and the Alpenrosenbahn, which takes you directly to the ski area "SkiWelt Brixental – Wilder Kaiser."
For all nature lovers, the cross-country skiing trails, bike paths, and hiking trails start right at your doorstep – perfect for an active day in nature. The village center with shopping options is just about a 10-minute walk away if you want to pick up the last detail for your stay.
The apartment has its own parking space at the door, and you can safely store your ski, golf, or bicycle equipment in a separate room – or conveniently at the Alpenrosenbahn. The apartment features a fully equipped (living) kitchen with a pull-out dining table and seating area / sofa bed.
Please understand that party guests are not welcome, as your relaxation is very important to me.
If you would like to book "Your Home Away from Home" for the entire winter, summer, or autumn season (that is, longer than 7-14 days, but a maximum of 90 days), please inquire separately via email or phone.
