Newly built in 2013 and practically on a meadow, the apartment house is in a very central location (just a 5-minute walk to the village centre) and yet in very quiet and peaceful surroundings. The house is directly beside the Alpenrosenbahn gondola station and the cross-country ski tracks. In summer it is the perfect departure point for beautiful hikes, cycling tours and E-bikes tours in the Kitzbühel Alps. The open-air swimming pools and golf course are within close proximity.
