Quietly located on the mountain and just a few minutes' drive from the town center, here you can enjoy a perfect combination of proximity to the village and breathtaking panorama. Welcome to the sunny side - our beautiful farm "Franbichl". Our cozy apartment on the 1st floor is equipped with 4 wonderful bedrooms (3 double rooms, 1 triple room), a well-equipped kitchen-living room (pull-out sofa), 3 newly renovated bathrooms (washing machine/dryer), SAT-TV, and a large balcony. Our fantastic apartment offers space for 2 to 9 people.

In winter, we only rent the entire apartment.
Outside of the winter season, we rent our large apartment at particularly fair conditions. The number of usable rooms and bathrooms adjusts to the number of guests - thus smaller groups also enjoy plenty of space and comfort.
Depending on the number of booked guests, the rooms/bathrooms are available in the low season and summer as follows:
- 2 persons: 1 double room (dr), 1 bathroom (br)
- 3 or 4 pers.: 2 dr, 2 br
- 5 or 6 pers.: 3 dr, all 3 br
- 7, 8 or 9 pers.: all rooms (3 dr and 1 triple room), all 3 br
All variants each with the well-equipped great kitchen-living room, balcony, terrace, ski-bike room,...
In summer and in the low season, additional rooms (max. 3 double rooms and 1 triple room) and bathrooms (max. 3 bathrooms) can of course be booked if needed.
