Theater for Kids in German: 'Duo VeRo - Passt!'
Your feet move all of Europe, are celebrated in Peru and at the EXPO in Shanghai, and now Anne Klinge is presenting the well-known fairy tale "Rumpelstiltskin" in the Old Tannery. The miller Benedikt is endlessly proud of his clever and beautiful daughter Hanna. He even boasts about her in front of the king, claiming that everything his daughter looks at turns to gold. The greedy king takes this bragging literally, and soon poor Hanna finds herself in a trap. Then a curious little man appears and offers help. As a reward, he asks for neither gold nor the first child, but for Hanna's beautiful memories. In the unique style of her foot theatre, Anne Klinge's "Rumpelstiltskin" becomes a poetically dreamy fairy tale about the value of our memories, which are more significant than all the gold in the world.
