Summer-Special: The World of Bouldering with Julian Wimmer

Julian Wimmer, the exceptional bouldering talent of the region, was already a passionate climber at the age of four. At 20 years old, he can already celebrate many top placements on national and international stages.

You have the unique opportunity to discover the world of bouldering with Julian! Whether you are just starting out in bouldering or already have some experience, there is something for everyone in this workshop. At the beginning, you will learn what bouldering really is and why this special form of climbing is exciting more and more people. We will start with the basics, the importance of warming up, and technique, so you can climb safely and joyfully.

Julian will provide insights into his personal career and successes in the World Cup – an inspiring journey that demonstrates what is possible with passion and perseverance.

Of course, practical experience is not neglected: You will get on the wall yourself, try out different boulders, and receive valuable tips that will help you directly. Games and small challenges will also make the workshop varied and ensure plenty of fun and motivation. Be there and discover what you have within you – we look forward to seeing you!

The Summer Special Workshop is free with the St. Johann Card and guest cards from the regions of St. Johann in Tirol, PillerseeTal, Brixental, and Hohe Salve (without guest card € 10.00)

Shoes can be rented on-site in the bouldering gym for a fee. Participants receive a discounted entry price of € 7, incl. rental equipment for the bouldering gym.
