Summer Special: Hike Through Forests and Meadows (German only)

The herb walks take place at the foot of the Niederkaiser. They encompass a diverse spectrum of plants, wild herbs, and trees, as the path leads past dry and wet meadows with a view of the recently renatured moor, through the forest, and over the grazing meadows. The morning is partly interactive, such as making and tasting a wild herb pot, and there will also be discussions on the healing properties and uses of the most important plants, wild herbs, and trees. As a supplement and for further reading, participants will receive a small brochure.

Duration: approx. 4-5 hours

Meeting point: Infopoint Steinlechnerplatz, Dampflfeld

All summer specials are free with a St. Johann Card and guest cards from the regions of St. Johann in Tirol, PillerseeTal, Brixental, and Hohe Salve (without a guest card € 10.00).

Equipment: mountain or hiking boots (no sneakers), suitable clothing, trekking poles (if needed), rain jacket, sun protection, drinks, small snack, seat pad, backpack

We ask for your understanding if participants with inadequate equipment cannot be taken along.
Dogs are not permitted.
