artacts '26 - Exhibition “Return To Forever”

Impressions from 25 years of the artacts festival

Return To Forever is a collaboration of female and male photographers who have documented the artacts festival over many years and captured it on photographic paper. The idea and organizational leadership comes from Dawid Laskowski, who lives in London and has accompanied our festival as a photographic artist for years. In total, about 40 to 50 images by Petra Cvelbar, Peter Gannushkin, Žiga Koritnik, Luciano Rosetti, Uli Templin, Manfred Wimmer, and Dawid Laskowski will be on display.
Manfred Wimmer, who passed away in 2025, was a longstanding chronicler of the cultural events in our community as a photographer and video artist. He also created many video recordings at the artacts festival and during the concerts in the Alte Gerberei for many years. The exhibition will also feature corresponding video contributions with some of the most exciting concert recordings.
