A road cycling event in the St. Johann in Tirol region!
Every year at the end of August the St. Johann in Tirol region becomes the focus of the international cycling scene. The Cycling World Cup in St. Johann in Tirol is a major cycling event, in which every year over 3000 riders from 56 nations take part, at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser. Riders aged between 18 and 80 compete over a variety of route lengths, starting from 40 km, to win the coveted trophies. As well as the races, a variety-packed programme of supporting events with live music, provide ambience-packed entertainment.

Along with racing events, during the Cycling World Cup week there is quite a lot happening away from 2 wheels as well. On Friday the celebratory opening event takes place, with local music groups, Feller Schützenkompanie, and Radunion St. Johann in Tirol on Medal Plaza. Afterwards St. Johann in Tirol brass band play a summer concert on the main square. On Saturday, a band provides a great atmosphere on St. Johann’s main square. On Wednesday there is another highlight ... The big Lang & Klang midweek concert on the main square!
