Modern bright apartments on the bottom of the Wilder Kaiser. Our two well equiped apartments have been completed in autumn 2017 and offer our guests a mixture of modern fittings and the charm of the alps.
Quartier39 is the ideal location to start your hiking tour, any trips, mtb or roadbike tours and every activities in summer and winter.
The skibusstop is just a few meters away, so you will be quickly and easily in the skiing area. The nordic course starts directly in front of our house and is lighted from 5 to 9 pm. We offer a locked room for the equipment (skies, bikes) and a heatable ski boot dryer.
The Sauna with infrared light and TV is the right place to relax after a sporty day.
The center of St. Johann, which is 1,2 km away offers you many shops, restaurants, bar and leisure facilities. The famous wintersport village Kitzbühel will be reached via car, bus or train within 15 min.
