The location of the house is the ideal starting point for various activities such as hiking or cycling tours, excursions, as well as many other sports activities in summer and winter.
In the summer, my guests with the personalized St. Johann Card get free entry to the Panorama Badewelt (outdoor and indoor pool) and in the winter to the indoor pool in the Panorama Badewelt.

The bus & ski bus and hiking bus stop is only a few meters from the house away and allows convenient access to the ski areas of St. Johann in Tirol and Waidring/Steinplatte. Other well-known ski areas such as Skiwelt, Kitzbühel or Fieberbrunn/Leogang can be reached in a few minutes by car.
A nearby cross-country ski trail access point is an excellent option for all cross-country skiers.
The proximity to the bus stop not only facilitates access to ski areas but also offers a convenient connection to the center of St. Johann/Tirol (only about 20 minutes on foot), with many shopping opportunities and restaurants.
Dogs are allowed and cost € 15,- per dog/day (to be paid on site).
In summer, there is a small garden with seating directly next to your private entrance.
