In the Borzner house, you will stay peacefully yet conveniently in St. Johann in Tirol. Our 68 m² holiday apartment on the 1st floor accommodates 1–5 people and features 2 bedrooms, a living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. From the living room and the adjoining south-facing balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Kitzbüheler Horn. The apartment is well-suited for families, couples, or small groups wishing to spend their vacation in the Kitzbühel Alps.
The location combines tranquility with short distances: The ski bus stop is about 200 meters away, and the center of St. Johann as well as the Panorama swimming world can be reached in around 600 meters. Admission to the Panorama swimming world is included for our guests in summer and winter.
In summer, the apartment is a great starting point for hiking, biking, and excursions in the region around the Kitzbüheler Horn and the Wilder Kaiser. In winter, ski areas, cross-country ski trails, and winter hiking trails can be easily accessed from St. Johann.
For families, a baby bed and a high chair are available upon request. Additionally, there is free Wi-Fi and a car parking space at the house.
