The center of St. Johann can be reached in just 20 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by car. The house is near the cross-country ski trail, about 100 meters behind the house. Ski bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. In summer there is a wide range of hiking, cycling and mountain biking trails and many other leisure activities.
