The location is ideal for those who appreciate nature, tranquility, and at the same time short distances: cycling and hiking paths start right at the front door and invite you to explore the magnificent surroundings.

In winter, the nearby cross-country ski track and a small family-friendly ski area are within immediate reach.

Ski resorts such as St. Johann, Steinplatte, Ellmau, Kitzbühel, and Fieberbrunn are just a few minutes' drive away.

You only need a few steps to reach the ski, hiking bus, and public bus stop.

Daily needs are also well taken care of – a local shop is quite nearby and can be easily reached.
