We’re excited to introduce our new chatbot on our website! 🎉
It has been thoroughly tested and can quickly and easily answer many questions about the Kitzbühel Alps.
Please note, however, that the chatbot may not always have the perfect answer to every question. It uses a wide range of live data, but this information is not updated hourly. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all details are always fully up to date.
Questions and answers that change depending on the season or are only relevant during certain times of the year can be particularly challenging for the chatbot. We’re continuously improving its training data to help it better understand which information fits which season. Still, it’s possible that a winter-related question may occasionally be answered with summer details.
Additionally, the chatbot cannot provide opening hours for facilities that are not directly related to the ski resorts.
There are five chatbots across the Kitzbühel Alps. If you have a general question, feel free to use the main Kitzbühel Alps chatbot. However, if your question relates to a specific region, please switch to the corresponding regional chatbot. That way, you’ll receive more detailed and relevant answers.
If the chatbot doesn't find a suitable answer right away, try rephrasing your question – it often helps to ask a little differently. And if you're still not satisfied with the response, don't hesitate to contact our team directly – we’ll be happy to help you in person!

Our chatbot understands and replies in many different languages. Simply ask your question in the language you’re most comfortable with – and you’ll receive the answer in that same language!
