The Pillerseetal Card is becoming ‘Family Moments’
Nature, adventure and shared moments – Family Moments offer special experiences for the whole family from May to October. Whether searching for fossils in Triassic Park, making exciting discoveries in Timok's Wild World, enjoying action-packed hours in the Familienland adventure park or hiking to the Jakobskreuz with its spectacular views: each included moment can be used once a day and invites you to discover new things together.
Family Moments can be purchased with or without a Guest Card – When you purchase, you’ll enjoy a significant price advantage (up to 50% off standard admission prices!). Booking is easy via PIA – your personal digital holiday companion (for guest card holders only) – online or directly at the information offices and at the three mountain railways in the region & Familienland. The respective opening hours depend on the individual participating businesses.
This turns time spent together into something that lasts – moments that remain.

No. Family Moments are an additional bookable offer linked to the Guest Card. There is no separate card.
Yes. You pay once and can use all included services once a day without extra costs.
No. Each person, including children, needs their own booking. (Proof of age for children is essential!).

For guests who have booked the Family Moments package, a special ticket is available for using the mountain railways with a dog; this can be purchased directly from the mountain railway ticket offices: 6 days: €30 | 4 days: €20 | 3 days: €15; the standard single-journey fare is between €6 and €8 per dog
